La Cetra, “The Lyre” in italian, volume of 12 concertos for solo violin, was published in 1727 in Amsterdam by Michel-Charles Le Cène, Estienne Roger’s son-in-law. Less known, it expresses the refinement that Vivaldi brought to the concerto.
