Harpsichord (1600 - 1760)

Harpsichord music resembles a myriad of sparks. The 555 Sonatas by Domenico Scarlatti (1685-1757) represent a monument which should not overshadow works by Rameau (1683-1764) and the Couperin Family.
My ideal interpreter is unquestionably Scott Ross, a goldsmith and an engraver above all other.

Organ

The organ tone, amplified by religious building reverberation, touches the heart. Works by John Sebastian Bach (1685-1750) dedicated to organ emerge. Including the Well-tempered Klavier seems particularly appropriate.
Louis Couperin (1626-1661) combines simplicity with sensitivity.
